I have large pond in my back garden with mixture of koi fish. last year i bought a Bermuda filter with UV light and a pump. During the winter i turned the pump off, but recently i have noticed the pond is covered with blanket weed and the water has turned green. What could i do to keep the water fresh and clean as i don’t want to remove the fishes to clean the pond water out.

small (less than 800 gallons) outside pond WITH FISH. Large pump that supplies the waterfall and river (20 foot long) failed and released some kind of oil that is now completely covering the surfae. . . . worried about the fish. How can I clean this up quickly and effectively/

But there seems to be a blockage in the tubes, since the water is coming out very slowly, and the water pressure appears weak, I reckon it could be caused by a blockage in the tubing, can I add bleach to the water to clean out the tubes, or will this do more hurt?
If not is there any cleaning solution i can get that will clean out the tubes?
I have tried a google search but this has proven to be friutless.
