Hello,
I have a very small pond, maybe 70 gallons. . . It is in the middle of our patio and has 3 large waterfalls going into it with a small stream with another 3 small waterfalls. . .
To help keep it clean, I am putting tube socks over the intake valves on the pumps. . . While we never plotted on any wild life, a frog went in, and we want to make sure he is healthy.
The water gets a small stinky because he eats a ton. . . I am considering putting in some plants. Will this make the water dirtier or cleaner? I have been changing the water weekly and adding some of the stuff from my aquarium to de-chlorinate it. .
Are Plants a excellent or terrible thought?

It's a pretty huge corner CSS Fountain. I do not have a bomb. . . yet. I want to use it as a waterfall, and turn it into a pond, but have no thought how to go about this. I am sick and tired of the promises of those around me to help, and if I had the right information I am pretty sure that I could do it myself.
I need to know what supplies they need and how to determine the pump, so the work Way I Am imagine it. I need a soothing sound of water running past me, and also the fact that wild animals in sight. Make a wildlife habitat a small part of that is my job.

It was in my garden when I went and how often I clean lap does not seem clear that filters the water. I reckon that may be missing part of the tank insude not really know what should be there. . . . .

I have a 55 gallon tank for my anoles that has a 5 gallon pond on one end of it with fish in it. I am making a small pond with a waterfall at the other end so they can get better humidity in the tank. I have already made the pond and the “waterfall” from a log with a hole cut in the top so I can run the plastic tubing and the water will spout out and back into the pond. I currently have a elite mini underwater filter that I was going to use for this project but am having distress trying to hook up the tubing so the water will run up the hose and back into the pond. I hope I clarified this correctly. The pump works perfectly in the pond and spout water out outake but I can’t find a way of redirecting it to the tubing. Any help would be appreciated.
