trying to find a decent price on a waterfall pump for my mother. we want it to be relatively quite if possible, its for a medium sized “waterfall” we’re building for her.

Algea is blocking my pump and i have to clear it daily. What causes algea and how can i remove or treat the algea?

The pump filter and UV are huge enough to manage the pond. The only thing i can reckon of is that they have disturbed the settled algae. The fish that were in the pond before the Koi went in were only small goldfish.

need to empty large pond. prefer not to use pump to save on fuel costs

We are getting ducks just as a leisure activity and we have a large amount of land on our lower lot. Half of it is rock and the other half is dirt. I am not sure where to build the pond(rock or land)or how i would filter it with about 10 ducks waste going in. What kind of pump would i need or would i just use vegetation around the edges to filter it? Should I blast a hole in the rock or build above? I need a pond or duck expert on this one.
